It’s not that easy to train a dog. Even though I’ve learned so much over the last ten years, and even though I know what to do, often I’m overwhelmed or anxious when certain situations arise. That’s why I’m so thrilled when I read dog-training tips that make sense. They are reminders about how to act, remain calm and think how the dog thinks. I know, intuitively, when a training tip makes sense, it’s like an “aha” moment, and it’s confirmation of what I already know deep down inside.
